Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and customer success as the technical expert for NG Identity Security
- Maintain and nurture customer relationships post-sale
- Serve as a trusted advisor, addressing technical questions and providing demos
- Collaborate with various teams to deliver customer feedback and insights
- Help define and execute the go-to-market strategy for NG Identity Security
Qualifications
- 5+ years in a pre-sales engineering role in cybersecurity or cloud security industries
- Strong technical knowledge of SaaS/Cloud platforms and security concepts
- Experience with sales processes like MEDDPICC or Challenger Selling
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
