The National Accounts Specialist reports to the Sales Manager, Account Executives. Located in Cleveland, OH. Full-Time Hybrid. The National Accounts Specialist is a key role within the organization, responsible for providing specialized support to National Accounts Coordinators and Sales Representatives in managing national accounts. The Specialist will assist with quoting, order management, issue resolution, and customer support for national accounts, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
