Work you'll do

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that support business priorities and position Deloitte to compete in the government marketplace
  • Plan, launch, and measure integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, generate leads, and evaluate return on investment
  • Lead content strategy and support research- and data-informed content development aligned to business objectives
  • Partner with Government Sales and Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams to define target audiences, refine positioning, and activate paid and organic marketing programs
  • Serve as a marketing advisor across a matrixed organization to prioritize initiatives and deliver against strategic business needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, English, or Public Relations
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy, business marketing planning, and communications
  • 4+ years of experience in the government professional services market
  • 2+ years of experience working across cross-functional teams
  • 2+ years of experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Experience developing and executing paid and organic marketing campaigns
  • Experience building content strategies informed by research and performance data
  • Experience supporting thought leadership initiatives, including white papers, events, and omnichannel campaigns
  • Experience managing creative teams or agency partners
  • Experience presenting campaign recommendations or results to senior leaders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,800 to $191,000. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
