Full-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings where there is real content. Use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse description: It includes description paragraphs, then "Duties & Responsibilities" list, then "Requirements" list, then "Additional Skills" list, then "Eligibility Requirements" list, then "Our Company" paragraph, then "Why Boehringer Ingelheim?" paragraph. We need to decide sections: Probably "About the role" (intro description), "Responsibilities" (duties), "Requirements" (minimum BS etc), "Qualifications" maybe same as requirements? Could combine. "Skills" (additional skills). "Benefits" maybe not present; there is mention of competitive compensation and benefit programs but not specific. Should we include Benefits? The rule: never create Benefits unless posting actually states them. It says "Our competitive compensation and benefit programs reflect Boehringer Ingelheim's high regard for our employees." That's a statement about benefits but not specific. It's vague; maybe we should not create Benefits section because no specific benefits listed. Pay and Schedule: there is mention of hybrid flexibility 2-3 days per week on-site. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with that detail. Pay: not specified; we should not create Pay section. Thus sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (minimum BS etc), Skills (additional skills), Eligibility (maybe could be part of Requirements? but we have separate eligibility list; could be part of Requirements or separate. The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Eligibility into Requirements? But they are separate items: Must be legally authorized, drug test, age. Could be part of Requirements. However we have a Requirements section already; we could include eligibility within that as subpoints. But we must not invent headings; we can keep Requirements heading and include all requirement-like items (including eligibility). The "Additional Skills" could be Skills heading. We also have "Our Company" and "Why Boehringer Ingelheim?" which are descriptive about company; could be part of About the role or maybe separate section "About the company". But allowed headings list includes only those specific; we could put company info under About the role or maybe not create a separate heading. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., not limited to? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely we should stick to those headings. So we can put company description under About the role or maybe under a generic "About the role" includes company info. That seems okay. Thus sections: About the role (intro + company + why), Responsibilities, Requirements (including minimum BS, experience, eligibility), Skills (additional skills), Schedule (hybrid flexibility). No Benefits, Pay. Now we need to format lists with
  • . For prose use
