Responsible for managing insurance revenue cycle processes to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections.
Responsibilities
- Manage insurance claims processing and appeals
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Collaborate with medical staff and insurance companies to resolve billing issues
- Monitor and analyze financial data to optimize revenue cycle performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
- Knowledge of HIPAA and other healthcare regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
