Specialist II - Universal Banker (CSR)

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day branch service operations
• Serving as a point of contact for customers, processing routine banking transactions, and handling teller transactions
• Supporting clients by providing assistance with various banking activities
• Ensuring accuracy and timeliness in executing all frontline banking activities
• Coaching and supporting branch teams to meet performance expectations
• Implementing process improvements to enhance service delivery
• Maintaining operational controls to reduce risk and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of job procedures and tools gained through work experience
• May require vocational or technical education
• Working under moderate supervision
• Typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience
