Specialist II - Floating Universal Banker (CSR) Ashton Branch

About the role

Responsible for delivering high-quality, consistent client experiences across needed branch locations while ensuring operational excellence and adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day branch service operations
• Supporting client transactions
• Ensuring accurate and timely execution of all frontline banking activities
• Coaching and supporting branch teams to meet performance expectations
• Implementing process improvements that strengthen service delivery
• Monitoring operational controls to reduce risk and maintain compliance
• Opening new accounts
• Handling teller transactions
• Marketing and cross-selling bank products and services
• Resolving complex customer service issues
• Utilizing banking knowledge to identify additional sales and service opportunities
• Building rapport to engage prospects in a banking relationship and enhance existing customer relationships
• Referring customers to other banking services and other bank personnel as appropriate
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Requires basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education
• Works under moderate supervision
• Problems are typically of a routine nature, but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures
• Communicates information that requires some explanation or interpretation

Experience

• Typically requires 2+ years relevant experience
• May require vocational or technical training

Physical requirements

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift objects up to 30lbs
