Specialist Human Resources Business Partner

Who are we hiring?

We are seeking a high-performing, solutions-oriented Specialist, HR Business Partner (HRBP) to play a key role in driving operational excellence through the execution of talent-focused initiatives in partnership with business leaders. Reporting to the Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner, this role will help align HR strategies with business objectives across Sphere leadership teams. The ideal candidate brings strong HR fundamentals, sound judgment, and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to deliver scalable, creative solutions that enhance efficiency, support employee performance, and elevate the overall employee experience. This individual will build strong cross-functional relationships and partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to streamline processes and provide consistent, high-impact support throughout the employee lifecycle.

What will you do?

• Prioritize time-sensitive business needs and execute with urgency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to embed innovation, efficiency, and simplification into core HR processes, proactively identifying and implementing improvements that elevate the employee experience.
• Partner with COEs in compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, communications, and learning & development to deliver seamless support across all phases of the employee lifecycle for designated business divisions.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity of data, and consistent follow-through, process adherence, and productivity in providing effective and timely HR administrative support for business units.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of employment laws and internal policies, ensuring compliance and consistency across supported business areas.
• Administer company policies, practices, and employee relations processes while promoting employee engagement to support a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Adhere to appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site to provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members.

What do you need to succeed?

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of core HR disciplines, including performance management, employee relations, talent development, compensation, compliance, and change management.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate effectively across all levels.
• Strategic and curious mindset with a hands-on approach to execution and problem-solving.
• Approachable, thoughtful collaborator with high emotional intelligence, strong self-awareness, and sound judgment.
• Self-starter who works well autonomously, proactively identifies challenges, and drives timely solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Effective communication, active listening, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and alignment with company values and HR guiding principles.
• Experience with Oracle HCM, Greenhouse, and Lucid preferred.
