What You Bring To The Table
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration or equivalent.
- Experience working with HR systems, with Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Workday administrator.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative, proactive mindset with good self-management.
- Strong communication skills; English verbal & written.
- Business-facing orientation prioritized over purely technical depth.
- Data-driven, precise and diligent mindset.
