Responsibilities
- Map and analyze current HR processes to identify inefficiencies
- Support the configuration and documentation of automation and AI solutions
- Design and implement intelligent agents and workflows for reliability and scalability
- Lead small- to medium-scale AI initiatives from concept to deployment
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify automation and AI opportunities
- Monitor solution performance, recommending enhancements for effectiveness
- Apply structured improvement methodologies to redesign workflows
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in process improvement, systems analysis, or HR technology with a focus on AI and automation
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle fundamentals
- Hands-on experience applying automation and/or AI in business contexts with focus on data sensitivity
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms, RPA, or AI-enabled tools
- Proven project management skills managing multiple initiatives concurrently
- Strong analytical skills to simplify complex processes into effective solutions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
