About the Role
Aspire Bakeries is seeking an HR Operations Specialist (Call Center) to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. In this role, you will deliver high-quality employee support through call center operations while ensuring accurate execution of HR transactions across the employee lifecycle. This position is critical in maintaining data integrity, compliance, and a positive employee experience in a high-volume environment. This role requires onsite presence in Los Angeles, CA four days per week, enabling direct collaboration with HR teams and real-time support for employee needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver responsive employee support through high-volume inbound and outbound call center operations
- Execute HR lifecycle transactions with accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to SLAs
- Maintain and audit employee data to ensure system integrity and completeness
- Ensure compliance with company policies and federal regulatory requirements
- Generate and validate HR reports to support operational needs and analysis
- Follow standardized processes while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to resolve employee inquiries and issues
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–4 years of HR operations or related experience
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Proven ability to handle inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Bilingual Spanish required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle transactions
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Dayforce)
- Experience using call center tools (e.g., Finesse)
- Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and data governance standards
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to resolve Tier 1 inquiries

Pay
Salary Range: $40,000 – $52,000
Schedule
This role requires onsite presence in Los Angeles, CA four days per week.
