The Associate, Regulatory Reporting role is located in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate drafts of regulatory filings for submission to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on client's behalf
- Upload, perform GAAP adjustments, or reconcile to create initial draft of regulatory filing
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of regulatory reports in compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Support initiatives to transform existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, or the equivalent of education and experience is required
- 0-3 years of total work experience preferred; experience in accounting or fund administration preferred
- Experience in handling Form N-PORT, preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Pay
The base salary for this position is expected to be between $52,000 and $86,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
Schedule
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
