About the role

The Specialist, Fund/Client Accounting Representative role is located in New York, NY. This role requires working four days in-office per week.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of fund accounting activities by applying deep knowledge in accounting principles and practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and enhance process efficiencies, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and communication
  • Conduct thorough analyses of financial data, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, thereby supporting the integrity of financial reporting
  • Maintain up-to-date records and documentation to support audits and regulatory reviews, showcasing meticulous attention to detail

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience. Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are advantageous but not required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate financial data processing.
