Responsibilities

• Analyzes, designs, develops, tests, debugs, documents and deploys software according to standards in an agile environment.
• Applies secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure our data and technology solutions are protected from threats and vulnerabilities.
• Uses DevSecOps practices, tooling and techniques.
• Drives continuous improvement and learning through ongoing training, practice and innovation.
• Manages medium to large project priorities, deadlines and deliverables proactively.

Qualifications

• Completion of undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, or other related degree.
• Four or more years of analysis and technology experience.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle.
• Proven ability to tackle complex business and development problems.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.

Pay

The national salary range for Specialist, Software Engineer : $95,500.00-$177,500.00

This role will be hired on a SuccessFlex basis. The hired associate must reside within 35 miles of the following location(s): Scottsdale: 18700 Hayden Road Scottsdale AZ, 85255
Columbus: One Nationwide Plaza, Columbus OH, 43215

Work schedule: 2 days in office, 3 days remote.
