About the Role

Hiring for our seasonal positions occurs on a rolling basis. Applications will be accepted until June 15th or until the positions are filled (whichever is first).

Job Responsibilities

  • Event Logistics Coordination: Assist with event setup and teardown, including décor, equipment, and signage.
  • Confirm vendor deliveries and ensure all materials are in place according to event plans.
  • Clock schedules for entertainers, vendors, and village operations staff as directed by the Event Director and Event Managers.
  • On-Site Support: Serve as a point of contact during events for internal and contracted staff and vendors.
  • Monitor event flow and promptly address operational issues.
  • Provide assistance to guests with directions and event-related inquiries.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain event checklists and timelines provided by the Event Director and Event Managers.
  • Track inventory of event supplies and report replenishment needs.
  • Assist with post-event documentation and feedback collection.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure event areas as well as storage areas meet safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Follow resort policies and procedures during event operations.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in hospitality or event management is a plus.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event support preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to represent a luxury brand.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
