Specialist Data Entry

About the role

A successful Data Entry Specialist shall compile and post employee time and payroll data; compute employees' time worked, production, and commission; and post subcontractor production sheets into the computerized accounting system.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, validate and forward various forms of communication to internal and external recipients.
• Receive, organize, file, and maintain documents and/or data for an assigned department/project.
• Read, interpret, and input data in support of an assigned department/project.
• Add additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Prior work related experience.
• Proficient in the use of office hardware and software. (PCs, Tablets, Printers, Copiers, Microsoft, Google, etc.).
• Excellent Customer Service skills and strong English language skills both oral and written.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.

Skills

• Good working knowledge of general office functions.
• Proficient in the use of word processing and spreadsheet software with emphasis on Microsoft Office.
• Ability to use a computer and other office related equipment.
• Ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data.

Pay

The wage range for Specialist Data Entry is $21.00 - $22.00.
