About the role

This role is located in Houston, TX. In this role, you’ll make an impact by:

  • Making quality and complex client service and support to internal and external clients on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution, transaction processing (i.e., STP, manual), reconciliations and accounting services, and updates to client accounts in a timely manner.
  • Performing complex operational tasks in a product or functional area, including independent analysis and policy interpretation.
  • Conducting complex, manual processing of updates to client accounts or company records and performing reconciliations such as cash breaks and position differences.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, executing all correspondent requisites timely and accurately with an understanding of the underlying business and specific client needs.
  • Maintaining correspondent accounts in accordance with applicable regulations and policies, ensuring regulatory compliance and minimizing exposure related to assigned processing tasks.
  • Identifying, investigating, and resolving problems in client accounts or company records, working closely with technology and systems teams to ensure system efficiency and risk mitigation.
  • Providing product knowledge and technical assistance, determining when complex problems should be escalated to a supervisor or senior professional.
  • Reviewing and checking work of other Client Processing Support staff, helping resolve escalated issues, and may allocate and check work of other team members.
  • Responsible for specific supervisory review and approval actions as required.
  • Ensuring the quality and completion of own work.

Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • A Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 3-5 years of total work experience is preferred.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex credit agreements and identify potential issues.
  • Strong attention to detail, with ability to accurately review and verify loan documentation.
  • Basic knowledge of financial products, including loans, credit facilities, and securities.
  • Experience with loan processing systems and software, and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients.

Pay

The expected base salary for this position when employment commences can be found in the Job Info section at the bottom of the posting. Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Schedule

Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents.
