Specialist, Client Operations I
About the role
This role is located in Lake Mary and involves participating in the end-to-end client service delivery model, resolving moderately complex day-to-day issues, collecting data on service commitments, building relationships with business partners, and engaging in continuous service improvement.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the end-to-end client service delivery model and reports on client satisfaction.
- Participate in issue resolution of moderately complex day-to-day issues and engages internal partners as needed.
- Collect data on the execution of service commitments.
- Serve as a project member on projects to help clients streamline their operating model across our franchise.
- Build their understanding of clients’ business.
- Engage in a culture of continuous service improvement, including digital adoption.
- Build relationships with business partners.
- May engage in client service activities related to client service or sales support, including assisting in the creation of RFPs, KPIs or client documents by providing required data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
- Client Service experience preferred.
- Financial Services experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- The ideal person should be well organized, professional, extraverted, outgoing, and have a driven mentality.
- Problem-solving and motivated.
