About the role
This role is located in Berwyn, PA. In this role, you'll make an impact by:
- Establishing new accounts and processing account maintenance items according to service level agreements.
- Managing multiple workflow queues throughout the day to ensure accounts are traded within client/sponsor guidelines.
- Conducting quality control checks of new accounts and account maintenance transactions to ensure accuracy prior to trading.
- Communicating frequently with custodians, banks, and brokers to expedite and resolve issues.
Responsibilities
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related capacity.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment; self-starter.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal and external parties; proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn proprietary systems.
