Responsibilities

• Perform advanced data analysis using SQL, Excel, R, and Python.
• Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and measurable outcomes.
• Provide insights into performance drivers such as growth, conversion, retention, claims, and profitability.
• Support forecasting, scenario modeling, and impact analysis.
• Design and maintain enterprise-grade dashboards and data models in Power BI.
• Develop scalable data models sourced from Snowflake.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with data governance and engineering teams to address data gaps.
• Maintain documentation of data definitions and reporting logic.
• Serve as a trusted analytics advisor to business stakeholders.
• Lead requirements gathering and translate needs into analytical deliverables.
• Present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Improve reporting efficiency through automation and process optimization.
• Standardize reporting templates and analytical methods.
• Contribute to advanced analytics and AI-driven initiatives.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in data or business analytics, computer science, management information systems, business, mathematics, or related field; post-graduate studies preferred.
• Six or more years of experience in data extraction, manipulation, visualization, and problem-solving.
• Experience working with large databases.
• Proficiency in R, SAS, SQL, Python, Excel, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools and data visualization.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with diverse stakeholders.
• Professional experience in insurance, financial services, or related industries preferred.
