Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with junior-to-mid-level advertising agency and media publisher partners
• Execute analyses and perform comprehensive quality assurance checks on Circana data to generate insights and recommendations for clients
• Independently manage and execute workflows across targeting, optimization, measurement, and clean room processes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Support client needs with responsiveness and efficiency, demonstrating strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as a commitment to quality and exceptional client service
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal Circana teams to deliver client solutions and proactively identify and resolve client issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative or marketing discipline
• Strong attention to detail, with highly organized and proactive task-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Google Slides
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams across diverse stakeholders, prioritize effectively, and deliver complex, high-quality projects on time
• PREFERRED: 1–2 years of experience in an insights and analytics or account management role
• PREFERRED: 1–2 years of experience within the media and advertising ecosystem
