About the role
This contract is for a fixed-term period of 12 months. The reason for the fixed-term contract is Maternity leave cover.
Responsibilities
- Bring an enthusiastic approach to the role and have proven knowledge and skills across Blood Science disciplines or a willingness to undertake training in this multidisciplinary role.
- Be State Registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Participate in the multi-disciplinary on-call roster.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2-year experience working in a UK NHS Hospital Laboratory.
- Ability to work autonomously and be a key member of a busy team.
Qualifications
- State Registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Skills
- Proven knowledge and skills across Blood Science disciplines or willingness to train in this multidisciplinary role.

Benefits
- Distant Island Allowance of £2,578 per annum.
- Relocation Assistance of up to £4000.
Pay
Salary Range £43,231 - £52,679 per annum.
Schedule
Full Time – 36 hours per week.
