Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced OpenShift Kubernetes Engineer to support, administer, and enhance containerized application platforms in enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, Linux administration, container technologies, CICD automation, and cloud-native infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer, manage, and support OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters in production environments
- Deploy, configure, and maintain containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Perform cluster upgrades, patching, capacity planning, and platform health monitoring
- Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, networking, and container-related issues
- Configure and manage OpenShift Operators, Routes, Projects, Security Context Constraints (SCC), and RBAC
- Implement CICD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar DevOps tools
- Automate operational tasks using Ansible, Shell Scripting, or Python
- Manage cluster security, secrets, certificates, and compliance requirements
- Work closely with development teams to onboard applications onto OpenShift platforms
- Monitor platform performance using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, or Dynatrace
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and production support activities
- Ensure platform availability, scalability, and performance through proactive monitoring

Pay
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of overall compensation like an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive pay and other forms of bonus or variable compensation.
