About the role
L3Harris is actively seeking a successful candidate that will be experienced in maintaining, updating, analyzing, and reporting on all Logs and Records IAW 4790.2 series, as directed by government contracts. Additionally, there will be some Data Analyst responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Screen incoming records for accuracy, required inspections and Technical Directives.
- Submit all required reports in a timely manner, prior to deadlines set forth by instructions.
- Correct discrepancies as required to ensure accurate record keeping.
- Update and maintain Auto Logsets records as needed in accordance with applicable technical direction (commercial and military application).
- Provide data input to applicable databases, as required to maintain accurate record keeping.
- Screen Work Orders (WO) for accuracy IAW 4790.2 series.
- Ensure system security, database integrity and configuration management are maintained.
- Set the highest ethical standards for self and others.
- Provide data input to applicable databases, as required.
- Able to work in the following environmental conditions: noise, proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, chemicals, odor, and dust.
- Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Willingness and ability to work any shift, and overtime as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
- Active SECRET Security clearance.
- Minimum 6 months experience with NALCOMIS Optimized Organizational Maintenance Activity (OOMA) and Advanced System Management (ASM) systems.
- Minimum 4 years experience working in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Additional Skills
- Lean Six-Sigma previous experience and/or Greenbelt.
- Experience with compliance to NAVAIRIST 3710.1G, DCMA INST 8210, PWS, and GOPs.
- Effective communicator and possess strong motivational skills.
- Demonstrate creative problem-solving capabilities.
Pay
The salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C., Denver, or NYC areas is $69,500 - $129,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
