About the role

The Special Security Representative is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of individuals and property within the facility. This includes monitoring access points, conducting patrols, and responding to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vigilance and ensure compliance with all security protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to prevent unauthorized entry and detect potential threats.
• Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, providing immediate assistance as necessary.
• Document all incidents and activities in accordance with company policy.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to security operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a security-related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Strong physical fitness and stamina.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Knowledge of security systems and equipment.
• First aid certification preferred.
