Special Security Representative

About the role

The opportunity is to act as a security matter expert while broadening your skills in telecommunications. You will work with government SMEs to identify risks, understand policies, and develop mitigation plans.

Responsibilities

• Support SCIF operations by developing SOPs, managing access control, visitor management, and secure facility requirements.
• Understand and apply security regulations such as DoDM 5200.01, DoDM 5105.21, DoDM 5205.07, IDC 7-4, or ICD 705.
• Assess the entire threat landscape and develop mitigation plans for clients.
• Guide clients through a plan of action using presentations, white papers, and milestones.
• Translate security concepts to help clients make informed decisions about securing their critical infrastructure.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the DoD or intelligence community, including in an SCI or SAP environment.
• Experience supporting SCIF operations.
• Knowledge of security regulations and receipt, accountability, and destruction procedures of classified materials.
• TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD).

Schedule

Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
