Special Response Officer

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Response Security Officer. As a casual Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event, requiring you to adapt with agility and precision across customer service, patrols, or surveillance. GardaWorld Security is the only guarding security company in the United States certified by Great Place to Work.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED
• Able to ace and pass an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive with strong problem‑solving skills
• Willing to obtain a Minnesota and North Dakota security license
• Willing to drive up to 50 miles for coverage across sites
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $20 (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Schedule

Set schedule: Part-time, Weekdays and Weekends, must have open availability to cover call-offs.
