Special Response Officer

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Special Response Officer. In this On Call/Flex position you will be on call 2 days a week and then work 3 days. You must have a vehicle and a clean driving record. Success in this role depends on your ability to build meaningful connections and engage with others to reassure and inspire confidence.

Site Location: Pittsburgh, PA and surrounding areas

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $20.00 (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees)

Schedule
