About the Opportunity:The Special Projects Manager role supports high-priority, cross-functional initiatives by translating strategic direction into clear execution plans. This position drives workstream progress, builds structured operational processes, and ensures alignment across teams. It is designed for an individual who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and contributes significantly to advancing key projects that shape the organization’s future. 3. Responsibilities:Translate strategic goals into detailed work plans and timelines.Manage discrete components of major cross-functional projects.Develop operational tools such as trackers and communication rhythms.Facilitate structured problem-solving to break down complex challenges.Coordinate across teams to identify risks and resolve blockers.Apply AI and emerging technologies to enhance execution efficiency. 4. Requirements:2–6 years of experience in management consulting, finance, or startup operations.Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.Skilled at turning direction into actionable steps in ambiguous environments.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Problem-solving mindset with good judgment on escalation.Desire to grow as an operator working closely with leaders on critical initiatives. 5.
