About the Opportunity:The Special Projects Manager role supports high-priority, cross-functional initiatives by translating strategic direction into clear execution plans. This position drives workstream progress, builds structured operational processes, and ensures alignment across teams. Responsibilities:Translate strategic goals into detailed work plans and timelines.Manage discrete components of major cross-functional projects.Develop operational tools such as trackers and communication rhythms.Facilitate structured problem-solving to break down complex challenges.Coordinate across teams to identify risks and resolve blockers.Apply AI and emerging technologies to enhance execution efficiency. 4. Requirements:2–6 years of experience in management consulting, finance, or startup operations.Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.Skilled at turning direction into actionable steps in ambiguous environments.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Problem-solving mindset with good judgment on escalation.Desire to grow as an operator working closely with leaders on critical initiatives. 5.
