About the Role

Direct and indirect management of large-scale building construction projects. Collaborate with sales and production teams for efficient project completion, ensuring transparent communication across all cross-functional teams. Assist in the creation of project budgets and production plans, and oversee the pre-construction bid process. Chair the "Large Projects" meeting where schedules are identified and vetted. Enjoy a variety of work assignments—no two days are alike. Educate branch and regional employees on the general contracting process.

Requirements

• Certificate or degree in Construction/Business Management desired
• Extensive knowledge of construction and general contracting in commercial and residential settings
• Experience with scheduling, database, and Microsoft Office software
• Ability to travel to building project sites as needed

Pay

Starting salary of $100,000+, plus an incentive bonus plan.
