ABCO Maintenance, a facility maintenance and construction company, is seeking a proactive Special Projects Manager for a hybrid/remote opportunity.

About the role

The Special Projects Manager acts as a right-hand person who can take a project and run with it, researching, planning, and developing solutions. This role requires thinking several steps ahead of management to ensure smooth information flow and a coordinated approach.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, research, and make recommendations or find solutions—even on unfamiliar topics
• Be respectful but persistent in seeking answers
• Influence without authority and be persuasive
• Act independently without guidance
