Careerscape is recruiting on behalf of a professional services firm for a fully remote Special Projects Coordinator role. About the role
Day to day, you will juggle multiple moving pieces, manage calendars, trackers, and team check-ins to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Ideal candidates are proactive communicators who enjoy variety, stay calm when priorities shift, and take pride in being dependable.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate timelines, tasks, and deliverables across multiple cross-functional projects
- Track project deadlines and proactively flag risks to stakeholders
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including agendas and follow-up notes
- Maintain project trackers, shared calendars, and status reports
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for project updates and questions
- Assist project leads and department heads with day-to-day administrative needs
- Prepare summaries, presentations, and documentation for internal and client-facing use
- Monitor action items and follow up with team members to ensure timely completion
- Help identify process improvements to keep projects running smoothly
- Support ad hoc special projects and initiatives as they arise
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or a related role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project trackers
- Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment
- Dependable, proactive, and adaptable to shifting priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset

Pay
The salary range for this role is $48,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
