Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Special Procedure Technologist PRN at Corpus Christi Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare.
Qualifications
- One year of related experience in diagnostic radiology is preferred.
- Associated degree from a school of radiological technology is required.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required.
- Current TDH certificate for Certified Medical Technologist is required.
- ARRT is required.
What you will do in this role
- Understand procedures performed in specials Lab.
- Understand sterile techniques and sterile field procedures.
- Have a sound understanding of all Radiation procedures.
- Work with varying technologies such as Meditech, PACS etc.
- Work as a team player and meet the needs of the Special procedures team.
- Administer medication and therapies under a physician's direction.
