Special Loans Analyst- HELOC (Remote)
for each section present: About the role? Actually "Who We Are" could be considered About the role? The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to map content accordingly.
We have sections: Who We Are (company description) -> could be About the role? Actually "About the role" is typical but we have company overview. Could treat as "About the role" or maybe "About the company". But instruction says use those headings as examples; we can use any appropriate heading. Probably "About the role" is okay for company overview. Then "What We Do" corresponds to Responsibilities. "How You'll Contribute" also responsibilities/duties; could combine? Might be redundant. We could treat "How You'll Contribute" as Responsibilities as well. But we need to avoid duplicate content. Could merge? However instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep both sections content. Could have two sections: Responsibilities (What We Do) and Duties (How You'll Contribute). But both are similar; but we can keep both with headings maybe "Responsibilities" and "Key Responsibilities" but only allowed headings list? Not strict; we can use any heading but examples given. Safer to use "Responsibilities" for What We Do and "Duties" for How You'll Contribute? But Duties not in list. Could use "Responsibilities" for both? Might be duplicate heading; but we could combine them into one Responsibilities section containing both sets of bullet points. That would preserve all info without duplication. That seems acceptable: we merge the two sections into Responsibilities.
Then "What You'll Bring" corresponds to Requirements/Qualifications/Skills. Could split into Requirements (education/experience) and Skills (abilities). But we can have one Requirements section containing all.
Then "What We Offer" corresponds to Benefits. Also includes Pay Range. So we need Benefits and Pay sections. Pay: we have explicit pay range. So we create Pay section with that info. Benefits: we have description of benefits package.
Schedule: not mentioned, so omit.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove lines like "First American is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove "Based on eligibility, First American offers a comprehensive benefits package..." that's benefits; we keep that but need to strip EEO line.
Also remove "Pay Range: $23.37 - $31.15 Hourly, Remote" we keep in Pay section.
Also remove "This hiring range is a reasonable estimate..." maybe keep as part of Pay? It's substantive about pay determination; we can keep.
We need to output only HTML fragment.
