The Special Investigations Unit (SIU) is seeking a highly skilled Field Investigator to join our team. This position involves conducting investigations, gathering evidence, and providing expert testimony in court.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations into criminal activity
• Interview witnesses and suspects to gather evidence
• Prepare reports detailing findings and conclusions
• Testify in court as an expert witness
• Manage case files and maintain confidentiality

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Forensic Science, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of investigative experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of legal procedures and court systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
