Special Events Coordinator - Full Time (Harrah's Laughlin)

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events and promotions across the property.
• Provide assistance to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Work well with other departments to ensure events and promotions are carried out successfully.
• Prioritize tasks and use time effectively.
• Accurately file events and promotion collateral.
• Speak in front of crowds and use a microphone to emcee events and promotions.
• Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.
• Perform related duties as needed.
• Work flexible hours and days.
• Have or be able to obtain Nevada Gaming license.
• Communicate effectively in English with guests and team members.
