Special Events Coordinator

About the role

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for kids ages 4 months through 12 years, with more than 300 locations worldwide. As a team member you will help create a clean, fun, safe, and nurturing environment where children can develop confidence and new skills through gymnastics‑based programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist amazing birthday parties and special events using the proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided).
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating customers like family.
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children and families at each party.

Qualifications

• Love working with kids and being active on the job.
• High‑energy, fun‑loving personality; enjoy giving high‑fives and playing like a child.
• Strong desire to serve and make others feel good.
• Ability to balance a playful attitude with focused work when needed.
• Background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is a plus.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling is available, especially for high school or college students. Parties and events are held in the afternoons and evenings, allowing for weekend or evening shifts and extra sleep for non‑morning people.
