Special Education Teachers (High School)

Empowerment Academy Charter School is hiring Special Education teachers for our growing High School, following a push-in/pull-out model. TOH or TOSD Certification is required. Your co-certification should be in the subject you are teaching, but K-6 certificates paired with TOSD may be considered.

Requirements

• New Jersey Department of Education CE, Limited CE, CEAS, or Standard Certificate in Special Education

Bonuses

• $3,000 bonus for Special Education Certified teachers
• $7,500 bonus for Certified Math teachers

Pay

Base salary for SY26/27: $70,000 - $100,000, plus several bonus, stipend, and raise opportunities.
