About the role
Accountable School Staffing is hiring Special Education Teachers for a 2026-27 assignment in Sonora, CA. Positions available for Elementary Mod/Severe and Early Childhood. Autism and SEIS experience required.
Responsibilities
- Provide instruction to students with special needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans
- Collaborate with other educators, parents, and administrators
- Evaluate student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
Requirements
- CA state professional license required
- Autism and SEIS experience preferred
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with technology and data management
Skills
- Special Education teaching experience
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
- Ability to work with diverse populations

$35.00 - $55.00 Hourly
