About the role
The Texas-certified Sped Teacher qualifies for a $10,000.00 stipend. The Texas-certified Bilingual Teacher qualifies for a $7,000.00 stipend.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized instruction to students with special educational needs.
- Collaborate with other educators, parents, and specialists to develop and implement effective educational plans.
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- Support the implementation of the school's curriculum and instructional strategies.
Requirements
- Current Texas teaching certificate.
- Experience working with students with special educational needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and families.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
- Master's degree in Special Education preferred.
