Who are we?

Heart To Heart Children's Services is a NYS approved Early Intervention agency. We provide services to children as little as the age of zero all the way to three years old.

Provider Responsibilities

• The Special Instructor/Educator will be working one on one with developmentally delayed babies and toddlers who qualify for Early Intervention services within New York City.
• Providers are expected to utilize their clinical knowledge and skills to help the child reach their milestones, as well as, to educate and guide parents/caregivers to ensure successful implementation between sessions.

Qualifications

• Valid teaching certification: Birth-Grade 2 Students with Disabilities certificate

Pay

$90/hour
