Special Education Teacher

Position Overview

We are seeking Special Education Teachers to support students across K–12 grade levels in a variety of specialized educational programs. These positions provide an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with diverse learners and collaborating with a dedicated educational team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver specialized instruction based on student needs
• Collaborate with paraprofessionals, therapists, and general education staff
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress
• Foster an inclusive learning environment
• Create a safe, structured, and supportive classroom setting

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts DESE Special Education License
• Previous school-based or special education experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Employment Details

• Full school-year contract
• 32.5–35 hours per week
• Strong potential for long-term or permanent placement
• Client interview required
