SPECIAL EDUCATION PHYSICAL THERAPIST (POOL FOR EXTERNAL APPLICANTS)

About the role

Special Education Physical Therapist – pool position for the 2026‑27 school year. Open to external applicants only (including current PSD substitutes and non‑continuing PEA contracts). Applications are submitted via the Frontline applicant system, which Puyallup School District uses to manage employment applications online.

Requirements

• Provide a minimum of three professional references from current and former supervisors, including their email addresses; references must respond promptly.
• Application remains active for two years for selected positions; update it regularly to reflect changes in employment history or references.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold or be able to obtain a certificate from the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) with the appropriate endorsement for a Special Education Physical Therapist.

Schedule

FTE: varies. Calendar: 180‑day school year. Benefits and wages are governed by the Certificated Staff, Non‑Supervisory Employees (PEA)‑WEA agreements, salary schedules, and calendars.
