Special Education Facilitator

Location: Las Vegas, NV Job Type: Full-Time | 10-Month School Year Work Setting: In-Person (school-based environment ) Job Overview We are seeking a Special Education Facilitator to coordinate special education services, support IEP development and implementation, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and facilitate IEP meetings.Ensure services are provided according to student IEPs.Support teachers with accommodations and instructional strategies.Monitor student progress and interventions.Maintain accurate special education records.Communicate with families, staff, and service providers.Provide staff training on special education procedures.Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.Ensure compliance with IDEA and state requirements.Assist with audits, reporting, and data collection. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.Nevada teaching license with Special Education endorsement.Knowledge of IDEA and special education compliance.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and staff. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Special Education or Educational Leadership.Special education teaching or case management experience.Experience coordinating IEPs and compliance.Bilingual or multilingual skills.
