Special Counsel - General Liability

About the role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cases through trial and arbitration. This is not a “behind-the-scenes” role. We are seeking a trial ready attorney with a background of defending complex cases.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases through trial and arbitration
• Lead role in trials and arbitrations
• Develop strong client relationships
• Work in a collaborative office setting with robust remote work capabilities
• Participate in a firm with a clear path for career advancement

Qualifications

• Active NC Bar license
• 6+ years of General Liability experience
• Demonstrated success handling cases through verdict or arbitration

Pay

$135,000 - $185,000/annum + DOE
