About the Role

Spearmint Rhino Gentlemen's Clubs is the world leader in premier entertainment. We are recruiting for Managers at our Pittsburgh location. We seek self-motivated, success-oriented management trainee candidates with positive, can-do attitudes. We provide training for first-time management in our industry, targeting individuals with experience from the restaurant, hotel, and/or nightclub industries. Experience within a Gentlemen's Club is not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operational performance of the club and day-to-day operations, ensuring a high-energy atmosphere and exceptional guest experience.
• Develop and implement nightclub special promotions and good planning strategies.
• Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Make strategic decisions while maintaining effective communication on strategic engagement.
• Manage cash flow, including purchasing, inventories, sales goals, profitability, and labor planning/payroll.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all administrative duties for Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, Information Technology, etc. (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, or as required).
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment to ensure the club’s environment and revenue meet expectations and comply with applicable laws and licensing permits.
• Work in environments that can be noisy, crowded, and/or smoky, depending on state regulations.
• Handle situations requiring security personnel and be comfortable with nudity or topless entertainment, adult-oriented videos, items, and other graphic materials.

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• High professionalism when working with employees, entertainers, vendors, and customers.
• Prior experience with Aloha POS preferred; ability to be computer-savvy.
• Must be comfortable working in environments with nudity (primarily female), explicit language, and exposure to adult-oriented materials such as photographs, videos, artwork, or other graphic content.
• Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, holidays, and weekends, to support business operations.
