About the role
Average of 5-7 years of experience in HRBP, HR Operations, or Payroll is required. Basic knowledge of Japanese labor laws and management is also essential. The ideal candidate should be able to build trust with the workforce and structure problems to make proposals.
Responsibilities
- Engage in organizational challenges, partnership building with leaders, and evaluation and development recommendations and implementation.
- Lead recruitment for new graduates (especially at Fuji Factory), from planning to group formation to selection process, and brand enhancement initiatives.
- Implement organizational development and cultural transformation programs, including young talent development programs and leader development programs.
- Plan and execute engagement programs, conduct analysis, interviews, and proposal for reducing turnover rates.
- Manage labor risks and on-site issues, act as a union liaison, and conduct regular visits to the Fuji Plant for site-specific HR practices.
Requirements
- Must have English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).

Schedule
The position requires occasional visits to the Fuji Plant in Shizuoka Prefecture via Shinkansen. Initial three months of employment are recommended for full-time presence. Remote work is possible based on circumstances.
