SPARK Inside Sales Representative
Sales Profit Goals
You will be responsible for achieving the revenue and profit targets for the world’s most researched physical education and physical activity programs.
SPARK Repeatable Sales Process and Project Proposals
Through assigned processes defined by the sales operating system, you will identify and progress opportunities, document sales activities in CRM, and close sales to defined standards.
Process, Product, and In-Market Presentation Training
Completion of assigned training is expected to ensure quality customer interactions and operational improvement.
Quality Customer Interactions
Achieve sales quality and responsiveness standards to maintain positive relationships with clients.
Operational Improvement
Complete assigned rocks, projects, and process optimization tasks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- College degree in business administration, education, or related field from an accredited university/college, preferred; and/or relevant work experience
- A lifestyle or educational background that is aligned with the company’s mission statement
- NetSuite and/or CRM experience preferred but not required
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications and a Windows Operating System
- Previous SPARK experience or knowledge preferred
