Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Affords assistance in maintaining, organizing, and cleaning all equipment.
• Ensures attention to detail and consistency in every aspect of service.
• Prepares and measures food items in a timely manner, adhering to quality standards.
• Utilizes and sets up kitchen equipment to prepare food items.
• Packages all products to proper specifications.
• Performs opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed.
• Maintains workstation and equipment cleanliness, organization, sanitization, and stock level.
• Adheres to waste control guidelines and records all waste on spoilage sheet.
• Maintains proper sanitation and food safety protocols.
• Complies with all company policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience/Training/Education Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Previous food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Flexible schedule and ability to respond quickly to internal and external issues.
• Knowledge of food production techniques, purchasing, and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to take tasks that are not clearly defined and appropriately define problems, propose, and implement solutions.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handlers Card required.

Physical and Environmental Requirements

• Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs. throughout the day.
• Works at the computer and may require irregular hours.
• Regularly moves around the facility, stands for long hours during events, talks, and hears.
• May require work inside or outside of the building, as needed by events.
