About the role
The KLA Services team in Milpitas, CA is seeking a Spares Demand Planner to manage communications and messaging between customer regions and internal planning counterparts. This role requires managing Spares Delivery Performance across all products for the assigned region.
Responsibilities
- Manage communications and messaging between customer regions and internal planning counterparts.
- Drive Spares Delivery Performance across all products for your region by reviewing stocking levels, replenishments, field demand behavior, and upcoming ramps.
- Translate regional/customer requests into a problem statement for review with HQ team. Drive appropriate review and response to field.
- Monitor and report out Fill Rate Performance v. Fill Rate Targets and Planned vs. Actual Inventory.
- Perform miss analysis and drive cross-functional actions that impact current and future Fill Rate performance.
- Assessment of spare part plan to ensure coverage is sufficient to meet requirements.
- Recognize process gaps and drive improvements holistically across cross-functional teams.
- Conduct ramp readiness reviews for spares support within assigned region.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across KLA to improve customer experience and develop mechanisms that support operational excellence.
- Education internal stakeholders of metrics, planning methodologies, and support entitlements.
- Provide crisp and timely communication on developing issues to relevant internal and external customers. Keep leadership informed of customer impact and progress of recovery efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years of related experience.
- High proficiency in MS Excel; SQL a plus.
- Experience with trade and compliance regulations.
- Experience with S&OP processes.
- Experience with inventory planning.
- Critical thinking and strong analytical skills: ability to collect, organize, and analyze data to support demand and supply optimization.
- Ability to work well on cross-functional teams in multiple locations and time zones.
- Excellent communication/presentation, organizational, analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, independent, yet strong collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively deal with ambiguity, identify gaps, and implement innovative solutions to increase operational efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Analytics.
- Experience with S&OP processes.
- Experience with inventory planning.

- Base Pay Range: $77,800.00 - $132,300.00 Annually

- Pay Range: $77,800.00 - $132,300.00 Annually
